Annual Calendar

KindleArts accepts proposals for ad hoc events but it is the Society’s goal to run at least three major art events per year. The Society is also required by legislation to hold an Annual General Meeting each year. The general process for these events is as follows:

  1. Call Out: The Board solicits submissions from people interested in leading an event
  2. Lead Chosen: The Board chooses from leads who have expressed interest and announces their choice to the community
  3. Event Occurs
  4. Receipts from the event and team leads are due for reimbursement
  5. The event lead submits a Final Report

Nominations for liaison officers and Society team members are accepted before the Annual General Meeting and will be appointed at the new Board’s first meeting. Art grants are awarded on a triannual (or, three times per year) cycle.
